I serve as corporate counsel and business partner to boards, executive teams, staff and strategic partners in areas of global transactions, commercial real estate, corporate law, HR, contract and deal negotiations, mergers, acquisition and divestiture, IP, financing, workouts, litigation and business strategy. In times of expansion, contraction or crisis, I lend calm, creativity, experience and solutions in navigating business opportunities and challenges. Corporate and Field leadership rely on me to be a champion of the business and work across the organization to collaborate, listen, advise, and help grow the business year over year. I have the ability to not only manage but perform the hands-on work necessary to exceed the goals of the organization. I enjoy working with all levels of employees, management and owners to grow the business, effectively compete, implement smart policies and best practices, ensure equity and fairness, reduce risk and ensure industry, global, local and national compliance.
