Overview - Multi-skilled, construction superintendent with 15 years experience in commercial, retail and residential construction. Experienced in project planning, jobsite management and overseeing all project phases. Specializing in supreme customer service and relationship building through effective client/contractor communications. Managing people effectively to produce outstanding results is my constant goal. Master’s Degree in Construction Management. Managing projects for Federal Government (military) and major brands in NYC, NY State Thruway Plazas, Philadelphia, Baltimore and throughout New Jersey. More specifically. As construction manager / field superintendent, I manage complex and sensitive projects for the USAF, US Army and VA Medical Centers from pre-construction phase through close-outs. Working on military bases with both union and non-union trades, architects, facilities managers, building inspectors and US Government clients, I am responsible for delivering projects of high quality, within budget and on schedule. My responsibilities include all aspects of planning and implementing projects including pre-construction, client meetings, budget and risk planning, scheduling, supervising sub contractors and project close-outs. Creating and maintaining successful relationships with clients and vendors is my area of expertise, and the combination of my education and hands-on work experience is the foundation of my work ethic. Exhibition work is also in my background, working with major corporations such as Progressive Insurance and BP America as well as private art collectors. In this capacity I was responsible for large scale projects requiring a high level of written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all project levels.
