Presently Working on the Drillship "Petrobras Located in Brazil. Work involves: Daily running of Materials Dept and Night Personnel delegation of Warehouse duties. Review of Requisitions to ensure that there is sufficient information for ordering. Maximizing of stock levels to ensure a smooth running rig. Involved in Rig budget preparation ensuring that rig expenses codes are used correctly on Requisitions. Ensure that asset additions & retirement are reported on timely basis. Monthly reconciliation of stock in transit report, updating of open PO report and expediting outstanding Purchase Orders. Cycle Counting to ensure Inventory levels are kept correctly Coordinate shipments from rig, Manifesting of Dangerous Goods.
