Highly experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist with over 9 years of expertise in public health, social development, and data-driven program management. I have a strong background in Orphans and Vulnerable Children(OVC) Programs; HIV/AIDS; child health and protection; sexual and reproductive health; and health management information systems, with extensive experience in donor-funded projects such as those led by USAID and PEPFAR. Throughout my career, I have developed a proven track record in improving program performance by leveraging data for informed decision-making. I’ve managed large-scale M&E and reporting systems, conducted research to inform national health policies, and supported capacity-building initiatives at national and district levels. I am passionate about creating effective M&E systems that drive program success and enhance health outcomes, particularly in Zambia's healthcare landscape. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, data quality, and capacity-building, I strive to help organizations improve the efficiency and impact of their health programs.
