I am told, I could sell ice to an Eskimo. Sales is an important part of business but I also believe it is the service side of it that makes a client return. I see it in my day to day activities that customer service is a natural talent that should be one of the top attributes looked for in an employee. For me, good customer service means helping customers, guests or patients efficiently and in a friendly manner. It is essential to be able to handle issues for them and to do your best to ensure they are satisfied. Over the last 20 years I have acquired and refined my communication, customer relations and business acumen, while working in fast paced environments. I am a confident, highly resourceful and reliable person with an in-depth understanding of several areas within the hospitality industry and it is something I enjoy still to this day.
