About John Pingol

My journey began during my junior year of high school when I started learning Scratch. Through my high school experiences, I developed a simple game similar to Cuphead, a 2D boss rush game. This is when I discovered my passion for coding and my desire to delve deeper into building applications. My goal was to become a Software Engineer. As I progressed to learning Java, I started to grasp the fundamentals of coding. However, there were moments when I felt a void in my accomplishments. While I successfully created projects like an ATM machine using Java, I yearned to work on projects that held more significance, akin to the creation of apps like Instagram or Uber. After completing college, I delved into the world of web development, mastering HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – the foundational languages of the web. This newfound knowledge opened my eyes to the potential of crafting web applications and sites. My journey expanded as I embraced React Native, deepening my comprehension of app development. At present, I am fully committed to refining my programming skills. My focus is on continuous improvement as I strive to become a more proficient programmer. My ultimate goal is to create projects of greater complexity and significance.
