PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHYJohn Pisa-Relli rejoined the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in 2023 as its Senior Law Enforcement Coordinator. In this capacity, he serves as a principal liaison to OFAC's law enforcement, regulatory, and military partners. John leads a team that supports investigations and prosecutions of criminal violations of U.S. economic sanctions, as well as other actions to disrupt threat actors. In addition, John is OFAC’s delegate to the interagency Export Enforcement Coordination Center (E2C2) and Homeland Security Task Force National Coordination Center and is responsible for conducting public and interagency outreach to raise awareness of OFAC’s mission, capabilities, and accomplishments. Before returning to OFAC, John gained over 30 years of experience handling a wide range of international trade and national security matters in both the public and private sectors.
