I am an application/software architect with over 15 years' experience, and over 30 years' experience in software development. My focus has been on web-based applications and technologies-both back- and front-end, and I am highly conversant in web technologies including HTML, JavaScript and CSS on the front end, and Java on the back end (as well as various scripting languages, operating systems, application server middleware, and databases). I work well with visual artists and designers, as well as technical developers and managers/executives across the range of technical understanding.I would love to work in mobile application design, either native or hybrid, though I also enjoy web-based application design. My ideal position would combine my experience as an architect with my love of coding—I definitely don't mind getting down in the weeds writing code! I also enjoy writing and speaking.
