40 years health care experience, including 14 years as Managing Director and Group CEO, Community Private Health Care, in Australia before moving to Ramsay Health Care from 2009 to 2012 and then to St Vincent’s Health Australia from 2012 to 2016. Specialist Health Care Advisor, CVC Capital Partners, Asia Pacific, and Commissioner, Board of Commissioners, PT Siloam International Hospitals tbk, 2016-2020. Lead Consultant and Head, Private Hospitals Advisory Panel, Brookfield Asset Management, for the purchase and due diligence of Healthscope Hospitals 2020-2021. Interim Board Member, Healthscope Operations Pty Ltd, and Head - Transformation Unit, Northern Beaches Hospital, 2021-2022. Interim General Manager, Mount Hospital, Perth WA 2022-2023. Foundation CEO, Ramsay Santé, establishing Ramsay in France with 8 hospitals and revenues of USD 200M. Ramsay has since grown to over 200 hospitals in Europe, UK & Asia Pacific with over USD 3B in revenue, the largest private hospital chain in Australia. Previously CEO of not for profit Mater Hospital in Australia. Prior to his role at Ramsay and Community Private Health Care, he served as CEO of various hospitals in Australian Medical Enterprises and Hospital Corporation of Australia. Served as National President, as well as Chairman, Finance and Audit Committee, of the Australian Private Hospitals Association from 2001-2005. Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Services Management and a Certified Health Executive; Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management; and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Currently Director, Globestar Investments, providing executive advisory, consulting and interim management contracting services specializing in private health care performance improvement and clinical services development. Lead Consultant to the Diocese of Lismore, St Vincent's Private Hospital Lismore, and to the Board of Management, Cape Hawke Community Hospital and Health Association NSW.
