I'm an accredited social worker (AASW) at NSW Department of Communities and Justice, with a Masters in Social Work from Griffith University. I'm currently a PhD candidate [part-time] at Flinders University, Adelaide. In 2017 I completed the Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Life Story work, delivered in Australia by Richard Rose, through the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (London) and Berry Street (Melbourne). My passion is using creativity as a therapeutic intervention. I am a practising writer, artist and sculptor and also have a life-long interest in typography and design. I spent two decades working as a journalist on the Financial Times, London, and graduated from Cambridge University in 1986 with first class-honours in Archaeology and Anthropology. I have re-authored myself several times in my life journey, and firmly believe everyone has the potential to change!
