I have over 10 years’ experience in International retail and property consultancy at CACI Limited. I have experience working with a range of retail and property clients in the UK and abroad. I have recently led the delivery of consultancy projects in the following areas: •Customer insight research programmes across multiple UK and European shopping destinations. •Feasibility studies for new shopping centres, outlets centres & retail parks. •International gravity modelling and catchment definition. •Optimisation of tenant mix strategy for existing centres and centre repositioning strategies. •Headroom analysis and portfolio performance assessment including optimised turnover forecasting. •UK and European market analyses, including demographic and consumer expenditure forecasting. •Consumer behaviour analysis, analysing a number of customer exit surveys from centres across the UK and abroad. As well as UK projects, I have considerable experience of delivering consultancy across a range of international markets including Russia, India, Poland, Romania, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Italy. I have also worked in the retail and grocery sectors, undertaking site appraisals for CACI’s grocery clients and spending three months on secondment at one of the UK’s largest grocers, where I contributed analysis and advice on their small store strategy.
