I'm one of the most motivated and committed individuals you will ever meet. A bold statement I realize, but I can say it with confidence. I think my passion for success and my character coupled with the skills and experience I've gained in my career thus far make me exceptional at organizing, planning and implementing changes to an organization. But where I excel is in my ability to motivate, inspire and lead others. My communication and interpersonal skills help me to get the most out of the people and resources I am responsible for. I believe in empowering individuals that will help exceed the desired results. My competitive nature drives me to surpass the expectations, but I don't believe that a winner gets there without a winning team. As such, I tremendously advocate growing those in reach. I can work effectively with all levels of an organization through many years of B2B experience. After all, creating and fostering relationships is the cornerstone of business today. I apply out of the box strategies when faced with a challenge, but see most roadblocks as opportunities. I'm no stranger to assuming a variety of diverse roles to meet the ever changing needs of the business. With a background focused in leadership, project management and implementation of solutions, the ability to adapt under pressure has become second nature. I remain consistent in demonstrating exceptional performance in high stress environments. Currently, I maintain a diverse portfolio of successfully managed projects of varying complexity for both national and international enterprise clientele as well as participate in a number of tiger teams and new program development. I have helped two organizations restructure and develop new processes/workflows to scale respective to their growth. I can work with advance project tools like Microsoft Project, Open Air, Auto Task, but can also do wonders with an Excel Spreadsheet, OneNote notebook and Outlook. Overall, I'm dependable. Because of owner/operator mentality, my drive to succeed, and my competitive spirit, I'm not someone that's going to let you down. Finally, I apply the following pledge to all my clients/projects: Never violate the trust of my clients. Never say, “I don’t know. Instead, say, “I’ll find out.” Always understand that my clients’ time is more valuable than my own. Assume every problem is my fault, unless proven otherwise. Consider my job done only when my client is overwhelmed with joy. Instead of assuming they’re happy, ask them. Keep every promise I make. Including this one.
