Started as an apprentice with H&C lifts 37 years ago, moved into testing and trouble shooting covering the South East, from Norfolk to Sussex including London. Moved into a Branch Supervisor role in the Kent branch of H&C. Went back to testing and trouble shooting after Thyssen bought H&C. I was one of the first Testers in our company to complete my NVQ4 as this was a new requirement. Moved to Apex 2001-2003 then moved to Liftec still testing and Trouble shooting. As the company grew I took on the role of Chief Engineer and Training manager.
