Experienced ICT Services expert with a demonstrated history of 30 years working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Information & Technology, Infrastructure & Communications, Hybrid IT & cloud computing, application development, platforms R&D, systems integration & service automation, technical management, high-perfomance culture, and customer service. Strong product management professional with a services mindset, keeping the client at the center, and value-outcomes for all parties. Currently transforming services through automation and innovative technology platforms. Passions start with my family and our "smart" home, but my free time is best spent in the great outdoors, traveling, hiking, skiing, boating, and road cycling, or with vintage and custom high-performance automobiles and motorcycles. Higher education directed by my love of the technical and mechanical fields, began at Georgia Institute of Technology by studying and majoring in Mechanical & Environmental Engineering, but fueled by my passions for the outdoors, led me to adjusting focus and achieving my Bachelor of Science - BS focused in Wildlife, Fisheries & Wildlands Science and Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Hopefully I can leverage my degree in retirement, as my professional career has been in Information & Technology and digitally connected ever since I was in high school, and oh what a tremendously rewarding journey it has been.
