I am a certified Project and Programme Management expert, in delivering £multi-million transformational change programmes, specialising in Voice and Data networks, platforms and systems within the Telecommunications sector. I also have a superior knowledge combined with practical experience in managing complex customer and network migration projects. As a Senior Operational Manager I have s and the management of 24-hour control centres to deliver seamless migrations, protect customer service and maintain product line revenue streams. I have held a number of senior operational positions which have involved I have held a number of senior operational positions which have included providing senior leadership and direction to management teams responsible for the day-to-day management of BTs 24*7*365 operational migration control centre, staffed by 100+ engineers. I have also recruited, trained and established a team of qualified Project Managers to create a centre of excellence for infrastructure projects within BT. During my time working for BT I became a licensed trainer and interviewer with extensive experience in recruitment, training and development of talent. My passion has always been to inspire, coach and encourage people to achieve their full potential.
