With over 11 years of experience in the industry, I have developed skills and expertise in sales development, customer service, account handling, and print management. In my current role, I take ownership of projects, liaise with multiple parties, and ensure that all project deliverables are achieved in agreed timescales. I also handle and manage key customer accounts, dealing with their complaints, finding solutions to their issues, and maintaining a positive relationship for future business ventures. I am passionate about advising customers on the right products and services that have the biggest impact, and identifying new markets and potential leads. I am certified in Level 2 Emergency First Aid and have completed courses on New Manager Foundations and Coaching and Developing Employees.
