This work includes training thousands of leaders in communication skills and facilitating over two dozen research centers and programs at top universities in areas such as economics, healthcare, foreign policy, and entrepreneurship. Skilled in strategic planning, principle-based management, and stakeholder engagement, I specialize in translating visions into actionable initiatives that drive innovation and build consensus among industry leaders, researchers, and philanthropists. Current efforts focus on connecting the business community with career-connected educators and social entrepreneurs transforming recruiting, hiring, and employee development for individuals without college degrees.
