In my role as a senior manager, I have had the responsibility for 40 highly skilled employees with specialist knowledge within the investment area. The key focus for me and my employees have always been to development and deliver on the highest level for UHNW, HNW as well as retail clients in the Nordics and Luxembourg. My experience as a senior manager covers project management, strategic direction setting and development as well as creating sustainable growth within an organisation. My key passion is to work with people in order to create the best possible results - with the client being our one and true focus. Responsibilities cover the following areas: • Danske Bank House View on Asset Allocation • Press Relations regarding retail investments in Denmark • Steerco participation on key projects to drive Danske Bank forward • Investment advisory messaging across channels and business units • Advisory Portfolio Building and implementation • Equity selection and communication • Fixed income selection and communication on local bonds and corporate bonds • Communication on Danske Invest funds as well as external funds advised in Danske Bank • Communication on structured products, ETF’s and Alternative investments • Nordic integration and knowledge sharing to ensure One Voice • Vivid focus on delivering on client promises so we are seen as a trusted advisor. • Employee development through coaching, empowerment and motivation • Strategic strategy development and execution • Balancing cost focus and business development
