With over 6 years of experience in property management on the leasing side, I am an expert in handling tax credit, HUD, and multi-family properties. I have a strong track record of excellence in customer service, productivity, and communication skills, as well as a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, AppFolio, Yardi, and inventory management. As a former Leasing Manager at TRI Property Management, I was responsible for responding to messages and inquiries from various parties, introducing prospective tenants to types of units available, maintaining current contract files, and performing coverage research to handle repair issues. I also hold an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Carrington College California-Sacramento, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set in the property management industry. I am passionate about providing quality living spaces and services to tenants and owners, and I am always eager to learn and grow in my field.
