In a highly volatile market, I led a strategic overhaul of our pricing model, enabling us to offer more competitive, yet profitable, rates to our partners. These efforts not only solidified key relationships with major shippers but also significantly boosted the revenue and profitability of our business unit.Previously, as Director of Business Development, I built lasting partnerships and helped secure high-value contracts with Fortune 500 shippers, increasing overall company revenue by double digits year-over-year.
