I am a person who took a few risks throughout my career and life and accumulated and developed a wide diversity of work experiences and capabilities. I have been told throughout my life that I am easy to work with, steadfast, conscientious and fun to be around. I enjoy seeing others achieve their goals and get immense satisfaction when I am instrumental in making them happen. I have always been effective at solving operational and process problems and enjoy working as a team on the front-line, getting the job done. The fact that I have Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness •Led cross-functional teams in 18 departments redesign work processes to ensure delivery of care to more than members. •Developed framework to manage rationalization of more than 400 unique information systems. •Built a solid foundational set of skills in technology/workflow assimilation, operational analyses, process improvement and organizational development. Change Management •Extensive experience leading senior management through politically charged landscapes, defining IT governance roles, accountabilities and responsibilities. Program and Project Management •Provided consulting support to two national initiatives involving over 50 physician and non-physician leaders in 8 regions across the organization. •Developed comprehensive governance framework that facilitated and expedited decision-making and shortened the product development lifecycle. •Led client teams through the design of core Program Management Office (PMO) processes including project selection and management, resource allocation and issue resolution. Organization Design and Development •Designed and facilitated CIO validation workshops to integrate departments of 20 separate business units and more than IT staff. •Designed a process-oriented organization structure for a business unit that managed the end-to-end process of gathering, prioritizing and configuring a large-scale system implementation.
