About John Psyllas

Currently a Doctor of Physiotherapy student at Robert Gordon University, John has worked as a Strength & Conditioning coach over the last 12 years with athletes and teams over 20 different sports from the youth & collegiate level through to Olympic, and professional athletes. This unique multifaceted skill set to problem solve, communicate and deliver key outcomes effectively throughout the full spectrum of performance management makes John an extremely rare practitioner within performance rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. John is also the founder of the Monarch Human Performance Podcast, a popular performance industry podcast, currently downloaded in over 70 countries, focused on the tactical athlete. The podcast has given John the opportunity to develop a broad network of leaders who support military units and first responder organizations, ranging from performance medicine to tactics and combatives.
