About John Pulido

Everyone needs to learn. Everyone needs to communicate. And yet, most of us are never really taught how to do either well. That’s where I come in. I help people and organizations unlock their potential through better communication, stronger leadership, and continuous learning. I’ve led education programs across Latin America, trained over professionals, and supported more than schools through team leadership, coaching, and professional development. My journey started over 25 years ago in a preschool classroom. Since then, I’ve taught at the university level, designed and implemented regional programs for an NGO, trained corporate teams in strategic communication, and coached education leaders to become more confident, more human, and more effective. As a linguist and coach, I see what others miss: the hidden talent in a room, the story behind the silence, the question someone’s too afraid to ask. I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with global teams across Chicago, New York, London, Nairobi, Chennai, Mexico, Guatemala, Santo Domingo, and Bogotá—bridging local context with international strategy. This global-local perspective allows me to lead with empathy, adapt fast, and build programs that work across cultures. Whether I’m running a workshop or hosting a national or international education forum, my goal is the same: to connect, inspire, and create space for growth. I believe education, at every level, is the most powerful equalizer we have. And I believe we all need to keep learning if we want to keep thriving. Let’s connect.
