Jack joined the firm in 2007 focusing on the asset management industry primarily serving hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity & venture capital funds as well as a variety of corporate technology and manufacturing-based companies. He spent two years on tour with the Washington National Tax Practice supporting the Tax Policy and Mergers & Acquisitions groups. Upon completing his tour, he joined the International Tax group in Seattle focusing on developing international tax strategies for both US and non-US based companies. John continued his international tax focus in Chicago where he served inbound clients in a structuring, compliance, and IPO readiness capacity. Jack left PwC in 2018 to launch his own company in California before returning in 2024 to support the firm’s AWM tax practice.
