I’m an existential coach for soul-led founders and executives. I work with people who are already successful by normal standards and are ready to operate from a deeper, more integrated place.I work 1:1 with founders and CEOs, and I co-lead The Infinite Leap Mastermind with my wife, Nicole Brennan—a container for soul-led entrepreneurs growing their brands, income, and impact online.For 25+ years I've navigated volatile emerging markets: the dot-com crash, the 2008 meltdown, and the early days of legal cannabis and psychedelics. Along the way, I've advised on $140M+ in assets, raised capital, built ventures, closed deals, and checked every external box.More recently, I spent five years facilitating plant medicine ceremonies and guiding hundreds of people through expanded states of consciousness and integration. That work showed me firsthand that peak states are meaningless without integration—without a stable inner architecture and coherent worldview to hold them.Then, in March 2024, I broke my neck snowboarding.My recovery became a proving ground for everything I’d been practicing and teaching.
