I am an Attorney admitted to practice in New York State. Additionally, I consult in the Technology Sector. Both in my legal or technology practice, my passion is creating unique solutions to complex problems. My consulting work focuses on the intersection of law and technology be it in strategy, cyber-security, operational assessment, education, etc. With 20+ years of experience in the tech sector, I employ my unique and varied experiences to assist clients in crafting technological systems that are safe, robust, flexible and scale-able I lecture extensively in the area of Technology based Law Practice Management & Security. My law practice also has a heavy focus in technology, often lending critical legal reasoning from a technologically based understanding. I maintain a "General Practice" in the New York City suburbs with offices in Westchester & Putnam Counties. I regularly practice throughout the First and Second Departments. My current practice focuses on the following areas-Real Estate (Commercial & Residential), Land Use, Foreclosure & Workouts, Commercial Leasing, Receivership Services & Property Management-Firearms permitting & licensing, administrative hearings, FFL issues, 2nd Amendment advocacy-Family Law / Matrimonial / Child Support / Custody-DWI & Criminal matters-Business - Outside General Counsel, business transactions, purchases, sales.
