About John Rabak
I have been involved in the HVAC and Building Automation fields for over 29 years. My career started with installing and servicing HVAC systems. I also completed a 4 year HVAC course which allowed me to become a licensed journeyman. My career path switched courses when I took a position installing and servicing BAS systems as a Systems Specialist. As my career continued, I learned to program and engineer BAS projects. The next step in my evolution I obtained experience as a Project Manager and a Service Account Engineer. I have since joined ESI where I started out in sales as an Account Manager. After several years I transitioned into the Sales Manager position. I'm now in my current position as Vice President & General Manager. I truly enjoy sharing the knowledge, experiences and skills that I have obtained over my career. This gives me a chance to mentor my colleagues, helping them grow personally and professionally. In the end, this benefits ESI as a company.
