About John Rackas

My professional background is unique in that I have seen the health care delivery system from many different perspectives, allowing me to create market-relevant strategies and tactics for brands. I have enjoyed success translating managed care strategies into brand tactics, value propositions, and programs customized for the markets in which they operate. I possess more than 25 years’ health care industry experience, including a firm understanding of the health care delivery system, a wealth of knowledge in the managed markets and specialty pharmacy space, and expertise in the employer market segment. Proactive leadership, collaboration, and respect for others are characteristics that define how I operate. Leveraging my diverse background, experience, and network, I have always been able to make an immediate impact to help an organization reach its goals. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, and traveling with my family. I consider myself a foodie and explorer and have traveled to 49 states with one left to go.
