About John Rademeyer

As the Director of Engineering and Governance at Johnson Controls, I work with engineers, our partners and project teams to meet our Customer’s needs from project inception through installation. Includes ensuring our teams provide the best value for our Customer in terms of first cost, operating cost and operating risk transfer through energy efficiency improvements, capital projects, and operations. I also oversee Johnson Controls risk-governance program that manages risk for operations performance for our Performance Infrastructure business unit. I have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Missouri-Columbia. My Specialties include: Central Utility Plant Design that includes chilled water, hot water, steam and co-generation; HVAC Building Design; Building Operations; Central Plant Operations;
