I provide product support for all versions of Dynamics CRM/365/CE, on-premise and online. Within Dynamics CRM/365/CE, I have supported a vast majority of the components, but primarily specialize in the Power Platform (PowerApps and Flow) space today. When troubleshooting a support case, it is very easy to only focus on the specific error a customer is receiving. However, that is not always the best approach. I have found understanding your business requirements is also key to a successful resolution. If I can suggest a better approach or an acceptable workaround, it is much better for the customer and myself than the potential time and resource costs associated with resolving the specific error. A crucial part of my role is spent working with the Program Managers and Developers discussing trending issues in Support, customer feedback, highly escalated cases, and support case analysis through Power BI reports. Another part of my role involves mentoring and assisting Support Engineers and Support Escalation Engineers on the team. Building a strong team is crucial to the success of a Support Organization. I support the stack technologies for CRM which include Windows Server, IIS, DNS/Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services.
