Serve as the Zebra focal point for on-site printer integration project support. • Provide on-site technical printer integration and installation services to end users and resellers within a variety of hardware, software and business applications and programs. • Define Zebra’s scope of integration project support capabilities and available services for each target application. • Identify and maintain excellent working relationships with key end user IT personnel, alliance partners, consultant and reseller organizations to build long term support for Zebra printer products. • Provide a unique view into customer pain as it relates to implementation requirements, new applications, business and technology trends. Confers customer needs into new product requirements. • Develop an expert level working knowledge of Zebra application software, development tools, and printer firmware and the various interfaces to ERP and other business applications and multiple network and operating systems. • Develop printer integration and installation project planning tools for end users, Zebra channel partners and consultants. • Make end user sales calls in support of channel partners, Zebra sales and other account influencers. • Provide accurate, timely, usable product information to sales personnel, channel partners, product manager and technical support. • Monitor customer/market acceptance of existing technical integration solutions and support product management in product positioning, product development, and collateral material and sales support tool projects as required. • Support the delivery of training programs for Zebra and reseller technical support personnel for target alliance and application integration products with software product management and the technical training group as required. • Coordinate relevant operational activities to ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved within the specified and agreed upon dates Specialties: Printer integration into SAP, Oracle, and general AutoID expertise.
