We only deal with sophisticated or high net worth clients We provide secure income generation via syndication of commercial property investments to individuals and pension funds with NO gearing giving security and stability in income generation. We also provide property loans to developers/individuals based on first charges only and syndicate these to individuals/ pension funds in a straightforward and honest manner. We develop property on a syndicated basis, avoiding the needs for banks to be involved and are happy to JV deals with providers of sites and property We provide a very personal service but don't pretend we are infallible. All deals carry a degree of risk and we do our best to ensure clients understand those risks and their magnitude. We don't spend clients monies for them. You decide when you want to spend, on what and when you want out. We don't advise in anyway. We value integrity above all else and everything we do is transparent and easy to understand.
