About John Reid

My role is a professional executive coach to leaders. My style as a "Thought Partner" is to challenge and support your thinking, paradigms, and your actions. My specialty is coaching for development and growth at senior executive level. My development as a coach emerged from a career as a business and financial restructuring consultant with KPMG through C-suite roles in the private sector working in global environments. My journey in coaching brought me beyond the accumulation of more skills, knowledge and experience to a depth that enabled greater awareness and perspective. I now bring a more elevated performance to my work and function more effectively in a fast moving world. My combined business and coaching experience is built on a global platform and complements the demands and challenges of the modern leader facing complex and uncertain environments. This challenge of complexity is the invitation to suspend our conventions and instead focus on adaptive responses in our perception; the reward is developmental growth facilitating the enactment of the power of our transformational leadership.
