Managed a team of 20 system analysts and contractors day-to-day operation at Disney Worldwide Services that included: install, moves, adds, changes (IMAC) of computer hardware/software at more than 20 users sites statewide. Established and maintained SharePoint web site for key documentation that included processes, procedures, and forms. Monitor inventory levels for project. Process additional equipment orders and on-site asset recovery. Maintain meeting minutes / action item logs. Coordinate on-boarding for Hire new employees, by requesting new equipment, accounts, and access to client sites Review and evaluate staff performance; assist in establishing goals and objectives.
