As the Clinical Director and a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Iron Health, I lead a team of highly skilled and compassionate physical therapists who provide patient-centered and evidence-based care for a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions. I have over four years of experience as a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and a licensed physical therapist (PT), and I have successfully treated hundreds of patients with diverse needs and goals. My core competencies include manual techniques such as joint mobilization and manipulation, sport-specific movement patterns, and neuromuscular re-education. I also have a strong background in CrossFit and mobility coaching, which enables me to design and implement functional and dynamic exercise programs that enhance performance and prevent injury. I am passionate about helping my patients achieve optimal health and wellness by building strong interpersonal relationships, educating them on their conditions and treatment options, and empowering them to take charge of their own recovery.
