With over 16 years of professional work experience, I’ve had the unique privilege of working in many different environments and industries both in the US and internationally including aerospace engineering, small business entrepreneurship, finance and lending, public policy and non profit. My ability to quickly absorb information, utilize complex processes, and leverage a highly adaptable mentality has proven to be invaluable over the years. The ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations and handling of crisis management has earned the praise of senior leadership on many occasions. Proven analytical and problem solving skills have allowed me to deliver results that often exceed initial goals and expectations to clients. With over 8 years of managing and leading people in large and small teams, building a positive culture and developing others is a high priority wherever I go. I incorporate my entrepreneurial and leadership background into every project and thrive on challenging tasks.
