About John Ripple

Mr. Ripple is a trauma/critical care enthusiast, with an extensive background in prehospital care, emergency medicine, and inter-facility transport. His initial entry into healthcare occurred during almost 9 years in the United States Army, encompassing tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan as a combat medic. Transitioning to civilian healthcare, Mr. Ripple obtained his National Registry Paramedic certification and his initial baccalaureate degree. He immediately began an accelerate BSN program. An ED nurse residency would follow through a Level I trauma center in Newark, DE, Christiana Hospital. After several years, in order to maximize on his previous experiences, he transitioned to the Inter facility transport of critically ill patients. He completed his masters degree in nursing degree through Wilmington University with a concentration on nursing leadership and followed with a post-masters with a concentration in trauma-informed care.
