In another first, my team and I led the first complete operating model transformation of business and technology services for the largest health insurance organization in Minnesota. I have solely and successfully owned budgets of $251+ million, and have had executive influence of an additional $1.9 billion. Leading a team of 80+ professionals, I coordinated and led business capability assessments, gap analyses, development and testing that resulted in over 100 new products and capabilities for our customers. Previously, I held leadership roles at Optum, Express Scripts, Viterra, Boston Scientific, and Andersen Windows where I led significant strategic initiatives including acquisition integration, new product development, ERP platforms, and overall portfolio and program office management. Partnering with executive leadership, I have managed large matrixed teams and budgets to successfully implement critical initiatives, making businesses pivot and prosper. I firmly believe in continuous learning and in addition to my education have earned certifications that have helped drive success throughout my career: Agile, PMP Project Management Professional, Negotiating for Success, and Resolving Conflict.
