Little did I know that when I started in the hospitality industry when I was 17 years old that I would still be going stronger than ever 35 years later! My humble beginnings started as a busser for Chilis in the late 80's and I attribute a lot of my traits from a really great foundation of training and overall expectations starting there. Over time I have grown as a team member to operations manager to overall leader in positions ranging from busser and dishwasher to server and bartender to beverage manager and general manager. My background has been in restaurants, bars, lounges, live music venues, and night life and event spaces. I have made it a mission at every stop to ensure that my communication to and amongst the team is of uttermost importance. My thoughts are back and forth communication is key to success. I see myself as a teacher and a mentor at this point in my career and really thrive in the area of training and want those around me to be successful no matter what they ultimately choose to do in there lives.
