I am Team Lead and Sales Manager at Paramount Realty in Roseville and Folsom CA. I am the current CEO of our Investment Company known as Paramount Properties, LLC. I have brought my Bank Management and Business Development skills to grow a great team with Core Values at the front of all we do, Quality/Community/Integrity. I believe that without Communication it is next to impossible to achieve that end goal that is valuable to all parties involved. Good communication skills are key to get to that "winners circle".
