I follow the SDLC on new projects, from requirements gathering to production and maintenance, using JSON, HTML, and SharePoint. I also design, administer, and migrate SharePoint and OneDrive environments, and develop various client SharePoint sites. I have over four years of experience as a Software Analyst II at AmeriBen, where I developed and supported applications using SQL, C#, and Power Platform. I also implemented and renewed vendor file interfaces and system applications for various departments, such as HRIS, Claims, and Pharmacy. Previously, I was a Blue Card Specialist and Trainer at AmeriBen, where I created programs and process improvements using VBA, and assisted in the technical operations of the EDI transmissions. I have an AAS in Information Technology from Stevens-Henagar College, and I am passionate about bringing ideas to life with software development using Power Platform.
