As you climb the ladder to achieve your greatest success and obtain your highest potential, I hold that ladder to give you support, as well as make sure it's against the right building! I navigate the obstacles for you so you can focus on being the greatest version yourself. I have been a Relationship Manager with Prudential in their Retirement Services Division, a transitional consultant for retirement services, senior investment analyst, and a corporate trainer in investment services. I love to teach. anything to anyone. I am addicted to learning and I am passionate about sharing the information I have learned to others, both in formal and informal environments. The greatest measure of accomplishment in my position is to do everything in my ability to set others up for success by presenting them the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their goals. When a teammate is able to achieve a goal of theirs with the assistance of something I have created, there is no greater feeling professionally. I love teaching, coaching, and creating tools for others. If I can see the light bulb go on in their head with information I am teaching, the light shining in me is greater than anyone can imagine! I believe my greatest passion is coaching. Not in the sense the business world uses the word, what they mean is mentoring; drawing from prior experiences and recommending a course of action. What I am talking about is on so much deeper of a level in personal interaction. The root of the word educate is “educo”, in Latin means to draw from within. In my coaching sessions, through open and exploratory questioning, we are able to expose the source of the obstacles keeping you from fulfilling your greatest potential. It’s a process I have never experienced before and a proven method of personal growth. I am driven to succeed in everything I am a part of or touch. While this may not seem realistic, you are correct.it's not. However, as the old saying goes from Norman Peale,"shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars." I would rather miss at something big than hit something little. All the motivation I need is to hear you say "I Can't!"
