I obtained my Bachelors in Business Administration, majoring in Supply Chain Management, from the University of Houston. There, I was certified in Logistics, Energy, and Strategic Sourcing Management. I am currently employed by Baker Hughes Incorporated as a Supply Chain Professional, in the Supply Chain Rotational Program. The program is a three year fast track management program that consist of rotating and managing projects across various segments of the business; including but not limited to Procurement, Financial Planning and Analysis, Sales and Operations Planning, Production Supervisor, and Operations. The program enables end-to-end value stream visibility, and the impact each project has on the overall global value stream. At the end of each year, results of the projects must be presented to supply chain executives to determine if expectations were met. While in the program, I have become certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Lean Six Sigma, along with several internal training certifications.
