As an IT Project Manager at Business Transformation Group (BTG), I lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver products that meet the needs and expectations of various stakeholders. I have over 13 years of experience in managing IT projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, as well as procuring and managing open-source tools for monitoring, versioning, and conducting process workflows. I am also a certified Scrum Master and a certificate holder for IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), which demonstrate my knowledge and skills in implementing best practices for IT service management and product development. My background in graphic design and software engineering enables me to bridge the gaps between technical and creative aspects of IT solutions, as well as to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients. My goal is to deliver products with distinct quality, usability, and value, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
