Surround yourself with a "bubble" of non-stick to allow you to weather storms and not absobe others pathetic negativity that brews up from selfish motives. Eradicate the "chameleon" aspects of life, enjoy who you are and not what you think you are or what others wish to impose, let them sort themselves out first - which most never do hence their impositions on you. Change staid attitudes and allow for infinite possibilities of good things to enter into life, create an environment that shuns away the negative and attracts only the positive and see the difference. There's a big life out there don't lose the plot by struggling and then getting used to it. You're own self worth can shift mountains, use it. Eradicate all the negative emotions, guilt, stress, anger, greed, jealousy, pride, arrogance, selfishness, conceitedness, nasty habits, traits, etc. Freeing yourself up is just so liberating it's like being born anew.
