I am an organized, goal oriented, team player with excellent communication skills seeking a drafting position which utilizes my present expertise to continue my personal and professional growth. Using these attributes, along with my positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed, I look forward to contributing to my next employer's success. I have recently acquired an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Drafting and Design Technology from the CCAC South Campus where I had maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout my time there. In addition, I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society and have made the Dean's list multiple times. Currently, I am employed by Home Depot as a team leader of the receiving/freight team. I have been there for 4 years while attending school. Before that, I had worked at Hanger Clinic for 26 years as an orthotic/ prosthetic technician and at Goodyear Tire for 3+ years as an alignment technician. I am a very hard-working individual who will not rest until I become the best at what I do for whatever company I work for. It's this quality that would make me a desirable candidate for a future employer.
