13 years of experience as a Certified FDOE School Bus Driver Instructor, Level 1 and 2, gaining and maintaining a thorough knowledge of all the Federal and State statutes, rules, regulations and Pinellas County School Board Policies as they relate to all aspects of school bus operation along with expertly passing that information to new driver recruits in a way that they will retain as much as possible. 10 years of experience as a Florida Certified Third Party CDL Examiner administering the practical CDL Exams for the Florida Department of Transportation to drivers trying to acquire a Commercial Drivers License thus gaining and maintaining a thorough knowledge of Federal and State Statutes as they relate to a CDL Class B license with an S endorsement. 13 Years of experience as a Dexterity Examiner with the Pinellas County School Board administering FDOE Dexterity Exams to school bus drivers, with the last 5 of those years scheduling driver dexterities using the T.O.M. System employee management software along with creating an Excel spread sheet to keep track of the drivers and the date of each of their dexterity tests. 13 years of experience as an Enhancement Trainer for the post crash requirement with the Pinellas County School Board and/or supervisor directed enhancement training helping drivers remedy significant driving safety deficiencies and keeping records of those drivers needing and receiving enhancements with self-created Excel spread sheet. 6 years of experience working Eduog software to print, display and search routes, runs stops, student locations and also help others in my department work with this program and show it's capabilities. 5 years of experience overseeing FDOE required School Bus Evacuation Drills ensuring that as many schools as possible within our district completed the requirement using email correspondence with school principles and a self-created Excel spread sheet that I also programed to collect pertinent statistical information.
