My practice focuses on regulatory issues involved in the acquisition, financing, ownership and operation of broadcast, wireless, and other communications properties. I also have represented service providers and equipment manufacturers before the Federal Communications Commission in rulemaking proceedings, equipment authorization matters, enforcement proceedings and experimental applications for new and emerging technologies.
