Recently retired Insurance company executive who managed domestic Treasury operations. Experienced in building 1st class Treasury teams, integrating treasury functions from acquired insurance companies, implementing IT solutions and enforcing strong internal controls. Prior experiences include a foundation of Internal Auditing responsibilities and multiple levels of responsibilities in system liaison roles. Promoted to Assistant Treasurer of a large P&C insurer in 2005. Vice President as of October 2014. M&A experiences include reacting to many bank mergers as they impacted Treasury back room processing. Additional experiences included integrating the operations and systems of acquired insurance companies, and periodically divesting small portions of operations. Significant payments technology and integration experience between business units and Treasury. Reengineering efforts include that of internal Treasury as well as the impact on Treasury when those integrating with Treasury underwent significant system & organizational change. Board member of a local non-profit Health System.
