Quality Control Manager which encompasses the following functions: Quality Control, Analytical Chemistry, SDS writing and maintenance. Certified ISO 9001 and 17025 Auditor. I am a results-oriented Chemistry professional with broad expertise in instrumentation and management. I also have a back ground in chemical manufacturing. My skill set includes a close association with customers and heavy involvement with both a direct sales force and manufacturing. I have spent many hours as a bench chemist and am skilled at organic synthesis. I have been a certified Incident Commander (CFR 1910.120) and have been trained at the 40 hour OSHA Hazardous Materials handling level. I am certified by DOT and IATA as a hazardous materials shipper. I have a proven track record in developing new products and optimizing established product lines while consistently delivering on profit objectives. I also take great pride in successfully mentoring young professionals, and have demonstrated the ability to lead and direct multi-functional teams.
